Aukce nemovitostí

Realitní kancelář Professionals chystá ve spolupráci s aukční síní Gavlas další hromadnou aukci nových nemovitostí. Informaci týdeníku EURO potvrdil ředitel společnosti Professionals Tomáš Duda. Na akci, která proběhne 27. května, se bude nabízet třicet objektů ze třinácti developerských projektů. „Aukce se zúčastní deset developerů,“ upřesnil Duda. Vyvolávací ceny nového bydlení budou začínat na přibližně šedesáti procentech katalogových cen. Nejlevnější nemovitost uvedená v aukčním katalogu je byt 1+kk v Praze 9 – Rajské Zahradě za 1,25 milionu korun.
V první hromadné aukci, která proběhla loni v prosinci, byly nabízeny nemovitosti, jejichž vyvolávací ceny startovaly od čtyřiceti procent katalogových. Tehdy se podařilo nalézt kupce pro všechny nabízené objekty kromě jedné vily. Přesto se nakonec prodala jen polovina nemovitostí. V aukci totiž, na rozdíl od dražby, není majitel povinen nemovitost prodat. Několik developerů považovalo dosaženou cenu za nízkou a s prodejem nesouhlasilo.
