Transgas

PRAHA (rů) – Původní záměr, že si stát musí ponechat po privatizaci v Transgasu alespoň částečný dohled, už neplatí. Vláda minulý měsíc rozhodla, že Fond národního majetku urychleně prodá i zbývající tři procenta akcií, které mu měly zůstat, aby mohl svolávat valné hromady a zachoval si dohled nad monopolním vlastníkem českého plynárenství.
Majitel Transgasu německá firma RWE o tříprocentní balíček akcií stála a před rokem při podpisu smlouvy si nárokovala předkupní právo. Zemanova vláda její požadavek na poslední chvíli odmítla. Ministerstvo průmyslu to tehdy zdůvodnilo celkem logicky: Česko si musí do otevření trhu s plynem ponechat v Transgasu kontrolu, a nebude tedy nejméně pět let tyto akcie prodávat. Nová politická reprezentace však názor změnila. Bohuslav Sobotka přišel s návrhem na prodej akcií, za které chce nejméně tři miliardy korun. Ve vládním usnesení číslo 247+P/2003 se sice říká, že jde o cenu orientační, Sobotka ji však považuje za minimum. Požadované tři miliardy značně převyšují účetní hodnotu akcií 1,1 miliardy korun, ale nedosahují tržní ceny čtyř miliard dosažené vloni při prodeji většinového balíku. RWE dosud neoznámila, zda se soutěže zúčastní, kterýkoli jiný vlastník než stát však pro ni může být nepříjemný. Zejména pokud bude spekulativně svolávat valné hromady a snažit se, aby ho firma vyplatila tučným odstupným. Mluvčí Fondu národního majetku Zuzana Opletalová pro týdeník EURO uvedla, že fond vypíše soutěž v nejbližších dnech.
